An unfaltering heart has made a bed on reincarnated trees
So pretty
Crumpled there by the candle
Melted wax falls, dots the eyes and I forget the tea
Splayed on winter's sheets,
I'm slapped by the insanity of such hopelessness
heartache and
words that fade without having ever found their home
I turn to the darkness of the corner,
close my eyes...
and "write" off the day

Oh my gosh, this is utterly and painfully beautiful. Like watching a sunset;
torn between the beauty of the moment and the sadness of the day's end, knowing
that darkness will soon drown the surround.
There is a deepness within your words that is comforting, even through its pain.
Wonderful post!

This has a type of melancholy to it with a touch of beauty perfectly blended in. I am not exactly sure what it is about but I love it.
Seems, we all "write" off the day...or of it. :-)
Thank you very much for another enjoyable read.

I felt the deep sadness in this write. I also loved the different style, it just all fit perfectly.
