You can make me smile,
Just by being you.
I know it sounds cheesy..
But it's true.
Do you want to know a secret?
I wish I could be with you.
Except you already knew that,
Didn't you?
...Of course you did
Do you want to know a secret?
Sometimes I don't know what to say.
Always scared.
You'll runaway,
It's happened before...
Do you want to know a secret?
I'm terrified to fall in love.
To even let myself begin to fall,
Because once I do..
You might be gone.
Do you want to know a secret?
I still have things I haven't told you,
But I want to..
I want you to know..
Everything about me.
Do you want to know a secret?
I worry that I think of us as more than what we are..
Which makes me wonder..
How far can this really go?
Before something goes wrong
Do you want to know a secret?
I told you this would have a happy ending..
Well..
I'm pretty sure.

Amazing.
I really relate to this.
But I'm confused about the ending.
How did you lie about it having a happy ending?
Did you already know that he would eventually end it? |

| Sorry if the end doesn't really make sense but. I wrote this for a guy and most of my poetry is usually really sad. So I told him this one would have a happy ending. So..I lied... |
