Know that i think of you today, know i feel what you face each day.
I know sometimes it feels theres no other way.
Sometimes i also just want to make them pay.
Solemnly i realise, thats not the way i play.
Slowly i retreat, turn the other cheek, bend my knees and pray.
Atleast i am the one to smile.
It is my priviledge, i know i may.
Many haven't done so in a while- such an arduous task.
To them this is just a waste of mile where they cannot don a mask.
How to force them?
This i ask.
I cannot change what they mean, i just want to remove the smoke screen.
I want to cut out the fakeness, rip open the sincerity seam.
This is my goal i confess, my incomplete dream.
How can you push the engine when you do not know steam?
