DAY THAT PAST
Quietly I'd sit on the rocks
by the sea side
and watch the waves sway.
And I wish it didnt hurt so much.
As the sun finds its rest behind the mountain
it feels like you when you let me walk away.
And the colours of the sun rays,
feels so warm but the late night breeze brings a chill.
Just like when you said goodbye for good.
Quietly I sit on the rocks
by the sea side.
The moon starts to show its face
and the stars makes its entrance.
Its getting cold, dark and I am lonely.
The day starts to faid away
Just like you when I looked back
and watched you walk away from me.
And I miss you like the sun that left me on the rocks.
Quietly a tear rolled down my cheek
and another follows after I realise your gone.
Just like the day that left so suddenly
and the stars is my only light.
And I wish you could hold me for just one night.
But your never coming back to me
and I know that for sure.
Just like the day that past.
Though you are missed
I will never see you again.
