I’m sorry I am who I am
I’m sorry I feel how I feel
I know this is not what you wanted
From this pain my heart cannot heal
For now all I want is to hold you
Protect you from all that may come
T’was you that started this heart beating
A heart I thought forever grown numb
My darkness was lit by your laughter
Your voice a song I did crave
Your eyes filled my soul with such wonder
This magic I take to my grave
For your heart belongs to another
To the fates I beg and plead why
But I know deep inside I’m not worthy
And for this I choose to die
