missing you

Topic:
anguished
|
at samhain time
all are death-like
we are quiet
we are home
where you
belong to us
you to me
gone
trees sway
toward cold
toward later
Fall
reach toward
the flame
of spirit fire
thunder
cracks
in all
directions
but not
my lips
in a smile
lightning
flashes
and leans
me forward
towards my
missing friend.

A sadly beautiful sense of eloquence. . . the epitome of loss. . . with strands of word only
lending to the feeling of a closeness falling away. Again, beautiful write, ming. peace :) elle |
