Shadowed demons
Scream in hollow corners
They can taste the deep pounding of your heart
When your fear grows stronger
You were no angle walking among evil
No, you were their own
Your blade is worn dull and your conscious is unaware
They stabbed you in the back
Now you're lying in your own bloody pool
All by yourself
They've all moved on without you

You have a lot of ability, that is quite obvious. You're not pretentious, you don't use excessively long words when they aren't necessary. You make ordinary words bloom, and that takes talent.
