Summer time and life is alright
Live and let live through the day into the night
Listen carefully and take things into perspective
In a crazy day to day I'm relaxin calm and collective
Stride for stride time is always on pace
Some treat this life as a sprint to finish the race
unlike the rest, learn to slow it down
Take some time, even to simply look around
What you find may be a surprise
So much to offer, if you simply open your eyes
Staying positive is a worthwhile fight
Summer time and life is alright
