Don’t cry, Said the moon
Your tears aren’t good enough,
Full of spite, vengeance..
No, tonight, I would cry…I would,
Let me for once,
be a man, the man I wished to be.
The man, this boy inside wants to see.
Am I the evil?
tell me, am I the sin?
You refuse to shade some light,
Then, im not begging,
In this world gone wrong,
I fought for survival,
It was no good, true..
Where were you, then?
With your calm mistiness.
In my days of darkness,
Where was your light?
No, I cant face you no more,
Though, tonight I decided to be a man,
To come here,
on top of this splendor mountain,
with waves murmuring from the side
with wild breeze shaking my very soul,
and clouds tonight leaving you alone…all alone.
Then to shout to you, asking a little favor,
And a little kindness, to see this beast- what he really is.
No wonder I failed,
O moon its nothing new.
I came to you to see my reflection
What I learned, there is nothing to be reflected.
