When all is said and done, more is said than done
When all has been and gone, time will still tick on
The tick and the tock of the clock, ticks on till the last tock is gone –
But – if you were to –
Smash every clock in the world, burn every calendar as well
The world would not stop spinning, the end of time will be a new beginning
And Earth will have no time left as it whirls, and yet you’ll have all the time in the world.
