Where do I belong,
I’m a rock on which they break themselves,
I’m a lock to which they have no key,
I’m their forever which well never be,
Their future they will never see.
In their tears I could drown, as I watch their hearts break,
I look in their eyes and there’s nothing left to take.
Their dreams turned to nightmares from which they’ll never wake.
But what’s it all meant to me?
enough to stop? enough to change?
I see their pain but I just pass the blame,
Tell them, they’re not the same,
I play the game and I play to win,
I play with minds, I play with lives
I take their good and I make it bad,
I take their happy and I make it sad,
I destroy everything they ever had.
I’m all they ever wanted and all they ever need,
But the more they love
the more It feeds my greed.
they turn so weak, yet I stay so strong
I know alone is where I belong,
I just can’t help but bring someone along.
