View from A Tree Branch

With my feet on the ground I begin a quest;
I want a new view around a freshly built nest.
Carefully, I grasp the rough bark and climb to a scenic height;
finally, reaching a cozy spot, I see the world and its breath-taking sights.
I look down and see a world freshly discovered;
It's amazing what secrets in this world there are still to uncover.
I see wildflowers I never knew were there;
I witness a woman in her hammock without a care.
I see every aspect of nature intertwined;
Without this tree, I would be blind.
I am in awe with this new view;
humans on the ground truly have no clue.
