Why do I go on living this way?
Why do I let myself go through so much pain?
Why don't I stop you from ruining my life?
Why don't I kill you?
Why can't I put away this knife?
It's all so clear to me now.
Let my blood drip to the ground.
The knife keeps going deeper and deeper.
My breathing gets heavier.
The pool of blood on my floor
is the last thing I see on my way out the door,
the door between life and death.
I am gone, my body is cold.
You sit there laughing at me.
You killed me slowly throughout the years.
Taunting and tormenting.
I thought you would stop once I was dead,
Looks like I was wrong.
I should have killed you.

yeah i was a little confused by this poem, at first it seemed like the suicidal person was talking to themself about taking there own life, but then later it seemed like the person was saying i should have killed this other person instead of committing suicide... anyways its interesting... i liked how the person seems a little skitzo... or maybe they have double personalities... anyways good write ~Apryl
