The man
chisels his
perfect
piece
with his
perfect
tools
in the
perfect
place
the statue
begs
him to
take off
his chains
his shackles
his restrictions
they hurt
they pain
he wants
only to be
free
but the
artist
says no
this statue
does not
deserve
to be
unique
but only as
he feels
is beautiful
he is no
artist
only a man
with a
chisel
in his
hand.

Amazing poem. You captured the true essence of what an artist should be from the statue's view point. Clever write!
