God of the lost

Another free verse. Mostly just my imagination at play. But this is what I got of that.

God of the lost
Watching you and waiting
Its prophets are demons
Skeletons with wasps flesh
They have sharp white claws to carve you up

God of the lost
Watching and waiting
For you to give in
And ebb away into nothingness

Lurking in the shadows waiting to strike
