you drift away in thought for days, and when you wake, you have nothing to say.

is this normal?

head full of thoughts, nothing to say, when will It be ok.

its the little things that kill, tearing at my brain again.

I'm never alone, I'm alone all the time,

at what point do you say enough is enough?

when you have knowledge , and do not use it.

you have to decide what is right, and what is right is worth doing,

its going to hurt, you know what is right, but do what you feel to be right,

learn from your mistakes and the mistakes of others, in order to grow,

ever have the feeling your strangling yourself?
