Reappear faithful muse
Don’t leave me here
Empty and blind
No leash to tug me into the right
Or snap me out of silly attempts
Muse why leave me
In the very hour that my
Hands ran freely
In the very minute that
Time was stopping
In the height of irrationality
Why leave me here in blank
Foul heavy fog
How can I write without your
Motivation
I simply
Fall apart without
Your guidance
Your long columns of hope and despair,
Of love or death
Where am I when you leave, but in a
Slump.

It got better as it went along I thought. It built up to a crescendo which was concluded sublimely with 'Slump', isolated and effectual at the end. Technically, your poetry is immaculate. Metaphor comes so naturally to you, it's almost like you exist in a metaphorical bubble. Living and breathing it constantly. You tie this in with a subtle panache and elegance that make your writes a real pleasure to read. ooops..i've written a novel. Well, i hope you get the picture, it's hidden in the above words somewhere...
