Your poem is an contradiction (how can a dream can wake? wake to reality?, and your protector, who gives you a shelter is fear, who should be your foe?). But I liked since it works to commun sense break down.

Intense in a small verse.
I understand this I too have spent a lot of time with odd dreams, nightmares and for the most part just do not sleep anymore.
To much stress ey?
