I am the fire
Ever burning with a passion
A passion for love and freedom
My golden eyes pierce your very soul
I am the fire
She is the water
Ever graceful, but with a need
A need for attention and touch
Her slender fingers bring you close
She is the water
Fire is anger and pain
Pain of loss
Anger of betrayal
The flames grow with each breath
I am the fire
Water is temptation and allure
Alluring them to their downfall
Temptation of the senses
The waves bend at her whim
She is the water
If I am not careful
The water will extinguish me
Leaving the ashes of my former self
Arid and gray
I can’t let that happen
If she is not careful
I will infect those trusting waters
Spilling the black poison
The black poison will spread my power
Setting her aflame, red overtaking blue
I am the fire
Doomed to long for a companion
My fiery tears singe my eyes
No one can get close
Born to be alone
She is the water
Blessed with that glamorous charm
Always taking and never giving
Never giving back the affection she receives
Those fools and drenched and gone
I am fire
She is water
Either burned or drowned
She is water
I am fire

This is awesome!! I'm a scorpio by the way!! Never thought of this before as you wrote it in this poem!! Wonderful! You taught me something, I'll try not too drown people!! I'm joking!! Wonderful write!!
