I'm tired of being so misunderstood,
I'd raise the white flag, on my life if I could.
I end up alone, in a world that's so cruel,
to family, and friends, I am pictured a fool.
I've traveled through life, in my image alone,
and stepped into shoes, that were already grown.
I gave all my heart, to my friends, every chance,
and now, I have lost, one more step in my dance.
Torn up from the rumors, that pierced through my soul,
i am guilty, as charged, says a nationwide poll.
With so much attention, I blink from the glare,
disguising my face, from you're unnatural stares.
I turn from the hate, and bow down to the shame,
from lies, and untruth, that have poisened my name.
Wih fortune and fame, all alone I must stand,
while wiping the tears, with the glove on my hand.
