Falling

The room's cold and dark,
A reflection of within.
In this moment of silence,
The walls start crashing in.
I feel the floor disappear,
Beneath me nothing is there,
And I start to fall
Deep in to despair.
With the tears that I cry,
I could create a new sea,
This ocean where you are
Drifting away from me.
In my world of desperation,
I look to the sky,
And see you, my Angel,
Flying away, saying goodbye.
I have no more hope,
Not even with time,
Because no matter what,
You'll never be mine.
And so I keep falling,
In to this endless black hole,
I have nothing to hold on to,
Because you've let me go.
