i may only be fifteen
but im not the only girl
on the planet to dislike my mom at times

she says im the only one
but i know that im not
i know im not the only one

she says im irresponsible
but i know that im not
i take care of myself and thats what matters

she says im a *****
but i know im not
i know shes just doesnt get my mood swings

shes says that i have no life
but i know that i do
i have great friends she just never sees it

shes says i have no drive
but i know that i do
i have the drive to be the best

she says that i will never be anything
but i know that i will be
i can be anything i set my mind to

she says that i will never stop talking about my looks
but i know that i will
im just going through a phase

she says that i dont love her
but i know i do
and she should know that to
