Every worthy thought caught, held and caressed by me
transpiring towards an existence long forgotten
Purity alone will not favor the pleader
but, an active essence on the moist wind
will call upon the name of He,
who is the grandest of all beings
Let my service show my heart bleed
knowing that thou canst appear
with wings against the long hot sun
Only the Redeemer cools the desires
of everlasting whirlpools
stirred by the Darkened One
Casting our thoughts and desires
of selfish gratifications
leaving a space for humility to grow
Watching, ever watching, for the seedling
to take root, and sprout towards all that is good
wondering if this be the one which survives
to save the rest
