I'll understand the mistakes I made
I'll regret having let you hurt me
I'll learn to stay away from you.
Maybe some day
I'll be able to see you with her and still smile
I'll know it's better this way
I'll move on and find someone else.
Or maybe some day
I'll remain head over heels for you
I'll still flinch at the sight of you two hand-in-hand
I'll die with every kiss the two of you share.
Maybe nothing will change.

I certainly felt the emotions you were expressing in your poem. I really liked the composition of your stanzas and your thoughts on "maybe".
I also saw strength in your poem that resonates your feelings.
