Mental Racetrack
Going Faster Going Faster
Rhythmic Rhythmic
Like a heartbeat
Perhaps a train
NO FOCUS
Flit from one to the next
Staring Staring
Uncomprehending
Listening intently.
But no hearing
Change of pattern
Can't be done
Track, track, fast track
Speeding
Blurred and Blank.
Rhyme and Reason
out the door
or different?
No sense
Nonsense
CHAOS
Slow
Why can't
Stop.

It's very good. I can relate to this style of writing because it bears similarities with my own. I love the element of repetition and almost nonchalant alliteration.
