Stillborn Dreams

Contributed by sicknivesevered on Monday, 8th June 2009 @ 11:20:17 AM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

One by one
My thoughts drag me down
Misdirected hate and depression
Sustain my frown
What do I
Even know anymore?
I thought I had it all
But it was dead before it was even born
Dead before it was even born

False hope
My true companion
To the end
Now I
Struggle to recognize
A single friend

Let it go...
Let go of whatever holds
Let it go...
Let go of whatever holds
Just let it go...

Well, what's the ***** point?
Cause I just need to know
Yeah, what's the ***** point?
Cause I just gotta to know
I'll fight harder
I'll push longer
I just need to know
What's the ***** point?

Cause...
I've always had a broken pathway to my dreams
From the very first thought
I've been cursed (TO ROT)
And I'm tired of make-believe

I'm ***** sick of worrying
I'm beyond stressed
This world ***** on me everyday
And I just add to the mess

***** MISTAKES
MY ***** MISTAKES
AN ABSENT MIND HAS
LED ME TO CREATE
MY ***** MISTAKES
TERRIBLE JUDGMENT
A LESSON LEARNED
BUT NOW IT'S TOO LATE

I've always had a broken pathway to my dreams
From the very first thought
I've been cursed (TO ROT)
And I'm tired of make-believe

If all that's left in front of me is failure
Then let this be over
If all that's left in front of me is failure
Then let this be over

Can you see the end? (x8)

Nice song, I could feel the pressure, and since the anger in this one, well done.

Well-written song. It shows frustration and emotion.
