Grief
|
Cry Helplessly as I Lay Awake
About Your life...
I Choose to Take.
Remembering Your Heart
Pulsating Inside.
How Can I Live...
When It's My fault You Died?
God Give A Second Chance
Give Her My Breath;
Give Her MY Life,
In Exchange For Her Death.
Upon Gambling With Satan
I'd Place My Soul For Bet
To Listen To Your Laughter..
To Stop These Screams Of Regret.
Now Instead Of Singing A Lullaby...
I sing To The Drugs That Keep Me High.
And As Seasons Change...
And The Date Comes Near...
I Live With The Truth
Why You'll Never Be Here.
December Nineteenth; Two Thousand Eight,
Never-Will-I Forget That Date.
I've Realized Forgetting You May Be The Key,
But The Day They Took You...
Was They Day They Killed Me.

I wanted to let you know that I read your poem and felt incredible anguish. It is hard to comment on poetry filled with so much obvious emotional pain.
I think that you express your feelings thru poetry very well and I hope by writing you will find inner peace.
Feel free to talk with me any time.
