A memory can suppress destiny
A destiny of fortune
A destiny of travesty

A memory can rekindle the heart
Flame passions of love
Spark ambitions of glory

A memory can devastate the soul
Dwell on emotions of guilt
Drive the mind to madness

Life lived through the decades
Framed in a second ... only a memory
