To live life in a matter of seconds
To derive meaning in eternity
This is the plight of the mind

The plight that one succumbs to
The plight of meaning ... of truth

To sift through the web of consciousness
To be entangled in a billion voices

Voices of hope
Voices of despair

A grievous attempt to seek ones voice
Amongst the confusion

To share ones presence
To seek oneself

This is the plight of the dreamer
