I’ve tried to forget,
In the end I regret
I liked being around you,
You’re really cool
What i’m wishing now,
Makes me feel a fool.
We did things that only couples do
We never were “official”, times were not right
Now it’s the end and you’re about to board your flight
There is a strong feeling present in my heart,
Soon we’ll be a thousand miles apart.
I wish I told you earlier, when i had the chance,
I should have asked you at the prom,
For just one slow dance
We went with other people,
Wanting each other more
The gazes you gave me from acros the dance floor,
My emotions are sore.
The last smile you gave me,
I reply back with a grin
I can’t hold back this feeling deep, deep within
I’ll always wonder,
What we could have been.

If you still know her you can change it. Actions cause change
Doing nothing causes nothing to change
It's never to late to change anything. People just never see the answers on how to change things in their favor. Find the answer and change it
