I have dreamt the dream of dreams,
I've touched you, or so it seems.
Once again I held you,
But all the pain, I cannot undo.

Reality beckoned,
And though i wanted it to last, just for another second,
My dream faded away,
I became realities pray.

My love, I miss you so,
Without you I am hallow.
I wish I could fade away with my dream,
Not to wake up just to scream.

Yet i live, i cannot die,
All i can do, is to try to cry.
So hold me my love, haunt my dreams,
Kiss me my love, to silence my screams.

Hey,
I have been down that road before. It is a difficult place to be in. My favorite line was "not to wake up just to scream." When you have lost someone you love in your life it almost feels as if waking up to life again is the worst thing imaginable. Best of luck with everything.
