Gone Without a Sound

Sitting all alone
thinking of those words you said
wonder if they'd shone
Is it all in my head
when you said

can you look me in the eye
and try your best not to lie
don't make me turn around
i'll be gone without a sound

Still feel your arms
even though i saw you go
miss your boyish charms
i should have said no

can you look me in the eye
and try your best not to lie
don't make me turn around
cuz i'll be gone without a sound

There was a sound
the sound of a slamming door
shattering me to peices

can you look me in the eye
and try your best not to lie
don't make me turn around
cuz i'll be gone without a sound

In my bed I'm laying
the world's moving too fast
the ground below is swaying
can't change the past
and so it goes

can you look me in the eye
and try your best not to lie
don't make me turn around
cuz i'll be gone without a sound
