Dark, deep, devastating: Despair,
Feelings of hopelessness,
Sometimes I feel like pulling out my hair,
My feelings I must confess,
I don’t always feel this way,
This is what I feel inside,
I must say,
These feelings make me want to run and hide,
So I watch TV,
Trying to make sense of me,
Oh, to be a hibernating bear,
Sleeping soundly without a care.
