Happy to be alive on this morning
To see the rising sun
Smell the salty morning air
Feel a gentle breeze across my face
Hear the nearly silent coo of a dove
With all these miracles befalling me
Before my first sip of coffee
I can only imagine what the rest of the day
Will provide me
