Gramp died on may 14,
it was the saddiest day,
I never want to repeat,
We went to his fournel,
And we went to his grave,
But when we looked inside,
We couldn't believe he really died,
But as time went by things weren't the same,
Because gramp wasn't around,
To make are lives complete,
Now Nans alone,
In that big empty house,
With no husband to come home to,
When she's feeling so alone,

I can completely relate. Surprised that many others haven't commented on this. Thank you for sharing. I miss my grandpa every day of my life as well. And like your grandmother, my grandmother is alone too. There's just something missing. |
