I met a fella who said damn boy your one 'ell of a poet,
You really know how to rhyme,
But your lyrics are way too deep man we wont make a dime,
Ha! You say you don't care much for money?,
You want your poems to be real and not funny?,
Real! Son! People dont pay to read real!,
Make people laugh and smile and we 'av a deal,
NO!

Excellent thoughts. The one thing I can tell you is that you have to write for YOU. Your style, your way. If people like it ok, if not, that is ok too. Your writings are what come from your heart and soul, not anyone elses. What matters most is that you enjoy what you are doing.
Keep up the great work.
