The Decorators Are In

The aesthetics become bolder, yet the interior decorating needs work,
these colours do nothing for you. Dark really does not compliment the whites of your eyes.

Allow me to provide this paint chart, may I suggest the powder blue,
it worked for me, it will simply suit you
right down to a tee.
Brightened walls, lets neutralise the mood, it's really not this seasons 'thing' as I'm sure you're aware.
A lick of paint raised to raise the profile
and pairs neatly along side boisterous sunlight your curtains concealed.

Open the blinds, warmth.
And you are healed.

The old you,
the old decoration, pealed.
Cover the tin, lid remains sealed and you kneeled with me
to take it in, noticable lack of former din
And we sat for a while

your smile as beaming as the sun, the blue less impressive now
but just as fun.
A blob of blue on my nose, I look a chilly fool although together
we were, are and always have been just as cool.

Now,
let us continue to the rest of the house,
these walls won't coat themselves.
