my Journey to nirvana...

Contributed by jmt25607 on Tuesday, 5th May 2009 @ 10:51:49 PM in AEST
Topic: anguished

Fix the world
Fix this life
With each swig of the bottle.
I am closer to reaching nirvana..
I close my eyes and wish for it all to go way
While I try to erase all this pain with each miraculous drank from my magic bottle..
I scream up to heaven above ..
But know one can hear this desperate young girls cries of contempt

The smell on my breath , the sweat in my hair , and the dazed look in my eyes..
Only lets me know I'm one more drank away from feeling nothing….
I know I am being judged by the world
But hell I go through this everyday..
Cant the world leave me and my friend jack danelles alone,

As I get closer to the bottom
I succeed in drowning this pain
But gaining the label of a drunk
I cant go on living this way
nothing is ever going to change …
So up my bottle goes with its secret potion inside, for only me to know
but this ignorance I gain from the contents inside..
is everything I need and I will never let it go
b/c this is my only escort in life
And when am alone and blue
my friend is only few dollars away..
So I close my eyes and take another swig of my own self remedy for life.. Alcohol

Nice imagery. Did you mean Jack Danie'ls?
