The right time for love

Contributed by boopa0213 on Wednesday, 26th March 2003 @ 08:25:00 PM in AEST
Topic: sarcasticpoetry

1 o'clock, 2 o'clock or a little after 4
Can somebody please tell me what to set my clock for?

10:15, 11:06 or maybe a quarter to midnight
Whatever time it is for the love of me I just can't get it right.

Maybe love's watch is set for central standard time.
As I keep looking at this slightly old watch of mine.

Yeah, that could've been the problem when I made the mistake
When I thought I called at 10:04, but for love it was a little past 8.

Does it go by standard time or an army clock,
this I do not know
Now it is 13 equal to 1 o'clock? Ohh great now I feel like Rambo!

Is it a.m. or p.m.? How could I forget?
Without this I'll never be able to tell which is which

Man this is too confusing just forget it all
It's a little past 9 this should be a good time to call

So I glance at my watch after I dialed on the phone
"You have now reach the voice message of...Damn!,
loves clock is in its own time zone.
