We’ve all seen roses, so irreplaceable yet so elegant.
Yet when they die what then? They fall so soothingly as if that is all they are destined for.
And when they strike the soil what then? The spirit’s talk nonsense about what’s to come so why listen to them? Why has death not come? For tis not hard to see, that the living things of this world, cry out to being deceased evermore. But what of roses? Are they living too? Then death answers, “If they live not. Then why do they die?”…
