Perhaps an overreaction
Maybe it's silly too
Possibly overdramatic
But I can't survive without you.
Even though we aren't together
I can feel that you aren't near
I know you won't be there to hold me
And I just really need you here.
It's hard enough to get through the day
You're the only reason I try
But when you aren't next to me, girl
All I manage to do is cry.
I miss you more than ever
And I feel so lost and cold
Are you as sad as I am?
Do you need me to hold?
Please, make it all better
You're the only one who can
Tell me that I'll be okay
Stay here and help me stand.
Perhaps a little problem
Maybe anxiety too
Possibly somewhat stupid
But I can't survive without you.

Simple, yet it grabs the heart. I know this... oh how I know this. I really enjoyed this piece. I wish I could say more, but... There really isn't much to say. Just yearn. Great write. Hope to see more from you.

Heh, that just described me. I especially love that last paragraph. It's like, you know it's ridiculous to feel this way. There's just so many things wrong with it, but you just can't help it. Those feelings never fade. Great poem.
