Suddenly One Summer . . . Ben

Contributed by myheartsvoice on Monday, 27th April 2009 @ 12:20:44 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Think of night

without the day

the sea without the

shore,

a smile that suddenly

fades away

to frown forever

more.

Think of rain

amidst the morn

where sunshine

ought to be,

in another words

the way i'd feel

were you not here with

me.

Where

you came from

matters not

we were meant to

be,

looking at you

with my heart

i saw

eternity.

Suddenly

one summer

upon the velvet sand,

magically you came to me

and took me by the hand,

beneath the starry sky above

deep within the mist,

an angel i did come to love

when first your lips i

kissed.

Suddenly one summer

you and i were there

destined to be lovers

each others heart to share,

no explanation needed

for the moment said it all

when suddenly one summer

my sweet soulmate came to

call.

So

enchanting

were your ways

to my hearts delight,

bringing beauty

to my days

and romance to

my

night,

yes

once upon

my lonely youth

my heart heard

hold me near,

suddenly

one summer

that's all it had

to

hear.

Ben,
this is so pretty it could almost make me cry.
Lovely work my friend. Sorry I missed it the other day.

Hugs
Michelle
