I do smile upon the sea from shore

I do smile upon the sea from shore
While burn the pages of the journal
And what shall I be from now to more?
If mine this burial I do leave
From mortality into nocturnal
And with flame does the violin weep
And here the sea, the sand, the journal
Now burn the tears of dream falling leave
The death of flame transcends us and leaps
Into blackened sky gray, and blue sea.
They float in air – the moments the leaves
And thus my burial I do leave
