We’ll make history here tonight
I wonder how many had that to say
But if you think you’d see that can’t be right
In history they give you years and certain days
But what if our histories wrong?
If the stories we’re told
Are just because we’re not meant to behold
So they sing history’s forgotten song
History of a web of lies
It’s what we’re told
when the truth isn’t meant for our eyes
What does the truth hold
I want to know
but no historian will ever show
What histories web of lies hide
because real history isn’t meant for our eyes
So until someone finds out what lies have been told
Historians the spiders making their lies will weave the web
Until everyone dead
Unless someone finds what the truth holds

Very good. I liked it. The rhymes scheme and general linguistics were both good.
The only problem I could find wasn't that big at all:
"What histories web of lies hide
because real history isn’t meant for our eyes"
I would've written it this way:
"What histories, this web of lies hides
because real history isn’t meant for our eyes"
It's also more grammatically correct that way. Anyway, good poem! Keep posting.
