The moon is out; it lights up the ground
In my dark room, I lay my head down
But I won't close my eyes tonight
I don't sleep anymore.
Because you are there in my dreams
Falling to your death as I cry
I can't catch you; can't save you
No matter how hard I try
Because you are there in my nightmares
Dying as I scream; I try to save you
But I can't, no matter how hard I try...!
The stars are out; they sparkle lightly
In my bed, I cling to you tightly
Tears falling onto your shoulder
I don't sleep anymore.
Because you are there in the street
I'm forced to watch you get hit and die
Falling to my knees, there
Can't look at your body, no matter how hard I...
Because I'm waiting in a long line
Walk up to a coffin; don't know why
I look inside and see you
Wake up screaming; can't breathe no matter
How hard I try!

Insomnia something I can relate to
but your talking about your dreams about how you can't save someone. In life we usually can't do all we want sometimes we're helpless and that's just something we have to live with sadly
