clicking eyelids
scratch through the silence
our peace is disturbed by this audio violence
whatever we've heard
we'll remain unperturbed
and this kiss, we'll hold on to forever

I actually really like this -
The change in tone suits the short poem perfectly and kind of made me smile.
The positive undertone in the last two lines really made this so much more of an enjoyable read for me.
