A puddle of fallen petals
tender. . .
rests undisturbed beneath
our favored tree.
spring brushed by
majestic. . .
a gentle giving,
a tranquil opportunity.
as your absence lingers
spellbound. . .
I implore
solitude. . . serenity. . .

elle, this reminds me of lying next to a peacefully flowing stream.
You don't really notice its there, but that's the beauty of it--it fills the
senses but you don't need to see it, touch it, taste it or smell it to
know how beautiful and moving it is. There is a calmness to this
piece, just like that of the stream.
Absolutely comforting ~
