On her knees she crawls and crawls.
Gets to her destination to watch it fall.
I dont think we'll ever see home again.
The citys on fire , whos to blame.
Cant see an end to this line we walk.
Mouths so dry and cut she cant talk.
I saw the towers rise and fail.
I saw the smoke loam and trail.
Across the scars of the dirt.
My brothers took a second of curses.
Watching across the distance i know you've lost it all.
You have my pity.
I saw them come and crush your city.
Your not allowed to stay in one place for too long.
So move along, whistle the song of pain.
You've lost it all, nothing more to gain.
Take what ounce of hope you have left.
And give it someone who has a life.
Because when your backs turn i hope you feel the knife, turn your life and try and pretend your hard.
Or maybe you'll lose everything you are.
I'll wait in this place of sacrifice.
Its not what i wanted it isnt nice, but the worlds falling at our feet.
The shakles around them keep the low rung beat.
We are shells of men , stuck in hell.
When God gave up , he gave the world away.
For us to carry on another day.
