The Pact with the Devil

Contributed by TeRrahiel on Friday, 10th April 2009 @ 03:52:19 PM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

Chorus
The fire does not bring purification any longer
When my eyes do not have strength to roll after what I have done
It is eternal torment which is brought to me by the flames
Like the pact with devil which would burn one's skin with condemned blood

Verse 1
I sold my soul to you
In the July moonlight
On the cliff in the unknown land

I swore I would never leave you
That was my vow

Chorus

Verse2
July has just become
The month disliked by Sun
When memories arise because
Of everything I did
To gain your attention
Till the time I lost everything

I swore I would never leave you
I broke my vow

Chorus

Bridge
And if you ever decided
To come back to me
O would stay with you
Till the end of time
From the moment we meet
Till the end of all dreams

Chorus

Outro
I will stay
I will stay even in Hell
Because of the pact with devil
Which is usually called love

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
