Nevermore.
The gentle thought that perhaps a beauty could ever love me.
Nevermore.
The idea that two hearts could ever feel the same.
Nevermore.
Sharing the pain that I behold with someone who won’t ever understand,
Nevermore.
The hopeful thought that someone could look into my eyes and see true beauty.
Nevermore.
A child’s wishing of a beautiful life filled with love and joy.
Nevermore.
Having people surround me with hopeful wishing of things that won’t happen.
Nevermore.
Caring for someone who’s love just can’t be returned.
Nevermore.
The nights I stay awake with a heavy heart.
Nevermore.
Saying “I love you and I want to be with you forever.”
Nevermore.
Having my heart splattered on the streets like a ripe fruit.
Nevermore.
Keeping my feelings of betrayal hidden from those eyes of truth.
Nevermore.
Listening to the songs of heartbreak on the radio.
Nevermore.
Shall I cry for you.
Nevermore.
Will I pretend that I am as happy as I once was.
Nevermore.
Will I keep your heart.
Nevermore.
Will I love you.
